A Content Management System (CMS) allows users to create websites without coding. As a UX Design Intern at Ingeniux, a CMS company, I conducted usability testing and summarized the results in a 15-page document. This will internally enhance the user experience of the Ingeniux CMS, contributing to overall company improvement.

CMS can be complex, particularly for beginners. Hence, emphasis is on usability and accessibility over aesthetics. Successful CMS design involves streamlining features and adopting a utilitarian color scheme.
